6 Graus | Investment Partner was established in January 2020 with a mission to drive growth for Municipalities and Companies by attracting investment and executing internationalization projects. Our work is dedicated to fostering economic development, creating jobs, and generating wealth.
Our Founder and CEO, Rui Ramos-Pinto Coelho, brings a wealth of experience, having led the Lisbon Investment Promotion Agency from 2009 to 2019. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in Lisbon’s development, including founding impactful initiatives such as Startup Lisboa.

· Supporting International Investments in Portugal: We facilitate investments in Portugal for one of the world’s leading real estate companies.
· International Business Representation and Internationalization Support: In partnership with Inversion Meridiana, we represent in Portugal some of the most significant international business shows, and we help Portuguese municipalities and companies participate effectively, enabling them to attract investment, clients, and business partners.
· Investment Advisory Services: We assist companies looking to establish or expand in Portugal by providing tailored advice, strategic information, investment opportunities, and access to a network of valuable contacts and partners.

Experience
Our Founder and CEO, Rui Ramos-Pinto Coelho, has a proven track record of success in investment promotion and economic development. From 2009 to 2019, he served as the head of the Lisbon Investment Promotion Agency, where he played a critical role in transforming Lisbon into a thriving hub for innovation and investment. Notable achievements include:
· Founding Startup Lisboa: A leading incubator that has propelled numerous startups to success and significantly contributed to Lisbon’s entrepreneurial ecosystem international image.
· Attracting International Investments: Oversaw over 3,500 projects from investors, companies, and entrepreneurs, securing major investments and facilitating the setup of several international companies and talents that strengthened Lisbon’s economy and global standing.
· Spearheading International Promotion: Led public/private partnerships to promote Lisbon’s presence at key international trade shows.
Other Roles and Achievements:
· Real Estate Person of the Year 2016, awarded by Imobiliário Magazine
· Member of a group of Urban Land Institute (ULI) consultants who advised the cities of Frankfurt and Offenbach
· Board Member, Ireland Portugal Business Network
· Advisor for the development of João Pessoa Historic Center (Brazil)
· Board Member, Própria | Co-Investimento Imobiliário, where he helped develop a real estate project with 38 apartments and 5,000 sqm in Lisbon under a co-investment model
· Speaker at events in 22 countries
· Startup mentor (Web Summit, Ford Motors, Casa do Impacto, and others)
· Previous roles include Deputy Director-General for Tourism, Director of ExpoAdrenalina (EXPO'98), and Novo Design Director
· Business degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management
· Regular contributor to leading Portuguese newspapers and international publications such as Revista Nordeste (Brazil) and Essential Business (Portugal)
